Aged Grappa
This is the typical grappa of our region, obtained by distilling the ‘vinaccia vergine’ — the unfermented grape skins — of the moscato grapes. This is then fermented in wooden casks for over 12 months.
Grappa
An aromatic grappa giving the unmistakable perfume of the Moscato grape, of an almost amber colour; the palate gathers aromatic hints of its seasoning in wood which harmonise with the sweetish taste typical of this grappa.

Excellent drunk after dinner.
